Wanted Swoon signed paper monster print, by ricosg11 on Oct 23, 2007 22:20:03 GMT 1, if you have any sort of border on the print I would mat it and keep it in place with mylar strips. The strips will be hidden under the mat. Also use a backing board that color will show off the print the best. Paper monster said swoon suggests an off white/grey.

Wanted Swoon signed paper monster print, by rkitek on Oct 24, 2007 3:23:34 GMT 1, I'm not entirely sure -- guess I'll have to see what the framer says about it. As with most of her pieces on mylar, there are painted as well as print areas so perhaps the attachment points could be there. Wish someone had a piece framed up so we could all give it a look.
If Mr. Frameman wants to weigh in on the issue, I'm all ears.

Wanted Swoon signed paper monster print, by Backpack Punk on Oct 24, 2007 7:26:13 GMT 1, for me it depends on how thick the mylar is. I was thinking about a chip board backing as suggested on the site and placing it inside a form board with a thin mat on top that covers 1/4" on the sides which would hold the piece in place without using anything to attach the print...not that I have put much thought into it or placing the mylar inside a cut foam board with no backing and using glass for the front and back that way the color changes depending on which wall I place it on. By the way none of these will work until I even get the print, anyone receive shipping conformation yet?

Wanted Swoon signed paper monster print, by rdgindc on Oct 24, 2007 15:12:40 GMT 1, I received mine at least a week ago. Of course I have #1.
I've sandwiched it between two sheets of UV acrylic backed by another sheet of acrylic printed with an image of water (left over from another project.)
