Shame to hear some got damaged, reflects badly on the artist and the sellers if they were shipped already damaged! If you buy a brand new print you expect it to arrive in mint condition, I pressume a gallery or original seller would carefully inspect prints before sending them out in the first place, but sounds like this may not of happend in all cases. Glad to hear its being resolved for those affected. Ive not heard about any mono`s or Blue`s being damaged though, so its odd its just the other 2 colours?!

My wife noticed black fingerprint markings on the back but not a big deal to me really. Haven't even looked at them yet.

Right,and the damage was nothing significant, maybe some did but minor edge wear etc. A good deal just not "mint" imo but also nothing that would stop from keeping or returning, although I did not look through the entire lot.

what i never really understand with these recent tagging images is , how is it possible to tag a tank picture frame, what ever it be but also the negative space around it? Its as if he taggers have invented a floating spray paint or something, unless its intended to be one of those light projection cop out tags , then still it doesnt actually work..

Oh look, more tagged stuff. I can see this going on forever and ever, there is an endless list of things that can take a floaty tag (are they even tags?.....Whatson seems to do a lot of lines, crosses and s's to fill in the gaps, it's like a white noise version of Graffiti).

Looks good, really hope some of these items from the Tokyo show get made available to us all, I for one cannot get enough of these tagged images, and anything from Whatson or Roamcoach are more than welcome additions to my collection!

it does look pretty though and on a massive canvas would demand attention.. But i think pretty much the case for anything..

make a black and white figure of a man or child doing something,

add a tag . "scribble" in bright colours all over the place

make it massive

people love it

Everything looks better when it's bigger (except tumours, debt, etc.) But the larger the canvas, the more artistic and professional it looks.

can you not share what the long storey is with us?  just speed up things a little

I don't know M Whatson in the slightest and have no idea if he's ever really got out there and painted outside but to me his tagging pieces seem like a middle class mummy's boy interpretation of what graffiti should look like (no offence ment). It just doesn't look authentic to my eyes, it's just white noise, poster graff IMO.

Stick some of your pieces up Trax, or point me in a direction where I could find them (they sound like they could be interesting)

I like Martin's use of Grafittis in the background. There is no real writing or words... it's more colors & forms. Plus a few letters & words in pen... looking nice to me

I do have to admit that there is an element of same old with the graffiti writing. But this piece looks dope.

I think Roamcouch is amazing, period. No one is doing what he does. He's brought the form to a whole other level. IMHO. disclaimer, I didn't love the last image so much.

Rainbow Inc, no question. But I live in NYC and my home is in the image so I'm biased.

I loved emotional rain but the execution of the girl fell short IMO.

All that said, my admiration or lack there of for his imagery has nothing to do with my opinion of his style, sense of joy and sheer discipline not to mention his growth in execution. This is an artist that must do what he does and is in a major growth phase these last two years. This is beginning. If he can make a few good image choices with his next two pieces, I think he's locked in. No one can touch his technical use of stencils.
