That's what I had on the Japan Post website. Mine's now in ParcelForce's hands. You might need to search for an equivalent Italian courier service by inputting the original tracking details. It should then update with a newly issued tracking number.

"Seigo" has never replied to my email. Mr. Dolk this time has offered a poor service and a terrible organization, I'm really disappointed..

My print seems to be lost and your has arrived damaged, this is absolutley not the kind of service that you would expect from an world-renowed's artist...

Totally agree. Had a bad feeling about this all along. Absolute mess. I guess I might be contacting Graham Bignall before too long.

They dont have an extras allotted for damaged prints? Maybe they shouldn't have sold all the APs for crazy prices just in case this happened.

They will most likely have overruns on the prints or could print extras from the screens the trouble logistically and time consuming part is getting dOlk to sign them unless they anticipated damaged prints via post and have signed already. Worst case 1-2 months for a exchange , same exchange period I have read with hmp on damage toy prints.

Dolk • Punk, by Ruggs on Jan 23, 2013 17:58:34 GMT 1, Seigo has asked for photos and a PO claim number before he'll do anything. Not a problem, I can do that. But it sounds like he's blaming the courier for the condition of the print. The tube is in fine condition and the print was wrapped well inside and free of any movement. I feel the print went into the tube already damaged. Can't prove that of course. But rather than go through all this hassle again not to mention more expense on my part i'm thinking of just disputing this purchase through PayPal and hopefully if successful putting the money towards getting the damage restored. What do you guys reckon?

So you think you can get a refund AND keep the print?

Prints arrive damaged occasionally, no ones fault really, pack it up, ship it back, get a new one..or, pack it up, ship it back, request a refund. Or, request a part refund keep the print and fix it. That's it really.

I'm sure that's not the plan. Just the annoyance talking is my guess.

Dolk • Punk, by Ruggs on Jan 23, 2013 19:56:37 GMT 1, Gonna see how I get on with Seigo regarding a replacement. Also considering getting in touch with Graham Bignell to see how much restoration would cost and sending a bill to Seigo. Seems people's expectations of print condition once delivered is pretty low. If I spend the best part of £367 on a print I expect it to be virtually perfect regardless of where it's been sent from.

Would do that but don't really want to stump up postage costs and yet another £67 customs charge. Might as well get it fixed and ask for a partial refund.
