The clocks have gone back, the leaves have begun to fall and winter winds are keeping things fresh in the studio...
So it’s little wonder we’re already day dreaming back to those sun drenched days spent with friends in parks and on beaches, in shorts and t-shirts, enjoying cold drinks and smokey barbecues.

We can’t turn the clocks back (again) or change the weather for you, so instead to inject a little winter cheer into the days ahead, we’ll be running a handful of competitions through facebook and twitter, with prizes ranging from a ‘Mini Chinook Chandelier’, to a limited edition screen print and finally one of the ‘art cushions’ we recently collaborated on with thisisalimitededition, just in time for Christmas.

First up, we are offering 1 x ‘Mini Chinook Chandelier’ to 5 people who do the following:
Log into Facebook and “Like” (fan) the WeLikeStatic Facebook page, then “Like” 1 of the 3 photos from Barcelona (added to the '2011' folder) and leave a comment, telling us where you would take your ‘Mini CC’ on your (day)dream holiday.

If you already “Like” WeLikeStatic, just pick your favourite photo, “Like” it and leave a comment.

Winners will be announced via our Facebook wall at the end of the week.

Thanks to everyone who joined in the first of our winter competitions! There were some great suggestions posted, but we've finally chosen the 5 that stood out the best for us... So here they are:

So I was wondering if maybe you would just cancel the competition and just give the 3 tubes to me , hunter and lee that way the work will all go to people who really want it.

There seems to have been some confusion as to the rules, but we've added a twist in the tale as it's Christmas, so hopefully everyone will be happy!
