silly question: for how much was a banksy..., by kunstrasen on Oct 7, 2009 19:56:55 GMT 1, ...selling in the year 2000?
just ask because when i moved to london 9 years ago, someone took me to this small gallery of brick lane right next to cafe 1001 and they where selling banksy at the time.
even though i liked the work back then i thought it was to expensive and decided to buy more weed with my money.
my now cleared up mind really doesn't remember, how much the stuff was selling for but is desperate to find out.
hope its ok to post this here, seems the best place to ask.

...but i reconstructed that it must have been at least 2001 cause i wasn't living in halls anymore. but could have been 2003 as well...anyone knows when flower chucker was created? the only image i can remember for sure, cause i wasn't too far from buying it. and it was not a print.

It depends on what sizes you was looking at though, you could get a small original canvas for well under ยฃ100. The same canvases are now 30k plus. Early POW originals "Kids with guns" etc were ยฃ125 but these were original edition runs

doesn't matter too much cause now i wish i wouldn't remember at all.
