Can see anything on Google more recent than 2021 articles stating
'He is awaiting trial accused of drugging and sexually assaulting five young women he met through the art scene between 2015 and 2018. He has also been charged with drug offences.'
and
'Police allegedly seized four replica pistols, illicit drugs, electronics and a knuckleduster. Lister has been charged with rape, firearm possession, drug possession and causing grievous bodily harm with intent, among other offences.'
Not the kind of artist I'd support.
The court systems can be slow, but I'd agree you'd expect him to be inside by now.

I do think 3 years is way too long for a case to make its way to court, especially where assault is being alleged! But maybe Australia has a back logged court system due to the pandemic? Three years wait doesn’t seem impossibly long for a trial to begin. I think it often takes this long in the US, even without a global pandemic going on.
