100X Handpicked Christie’s London March Auctions, by kuni on Mar 7, 2019 15:17:42 GMT 1, Thanks for the link, I'm not familiar with the majority of the artists, but there are some really beautiful pieces in this auction. The estimates are fairly reasonable as well, many of them within reach of mere mortals like myself.
I can't help but think how much more enjoyment I'd get from having some of these paintings on my wall, and seeing them everyday, than I would some of the prints I chase. As my collecting evolves, I really need to remind myself to take a step back and ask myself whether I'm purchasing a piece because I love the art, following the herd, or hoping to turn it for a profit. FOMO is real.
Anyway I digress, sorry for the stream of consciousness, and thanks for posting the link.

Oh there is noting better than having a painting you like on your wall.
Never follow the herd because you will end up paying well over the odds for something you might not even like.
The print business used to be for people who could not afford the original, not so anymore with a lot of artists. Yes stop chasing prints unless you really like the image.
