Yes, it could. But Banksy is the artist that got famous for doing that style of work. And I think he's the only person that could release this print and have people applaud it.
But I would still think it's s**t.

Stick brainwash finger print on the back and splash and couple red spots on it and that edition priced 5 times higher would sell out in seconds!
