Their quality IS top notch!
Always impressed with the prints I've purchased.

You just have to wait 4-8 weeks for your purchase to arrive.

I've purchased "Top To Bottom" by Martha Cooper at 1XRun, top notch quality. their service was impeccable; they used FedEx as courier and shipped the photo into a bombproof package.

The quality of printing by 1xRun is solid.
The service is good, and turn around times can vary based on getting product to and back from the artist.

I will however add myself to the list of people that think not doing this as a screen print is down right criminal.

They are very responsive and reputable.

I have to agree that they are a good company and never had any complaints. They seems to do 90 percent giclees and 10 percent screen prints. Bought a nice Kofie from amongst others.

I guess I will be the voice of dissent here. I've ordered 2 prints from them and felt quality isn't as good as i hoped. Don't get me wrong, prints are decent but images don't seem as sharp as I would've liked. I also ordered one that was already framed, and I wasn't that impressed w/ the frame quality either. The "glass" seems like its made of plastic and kind of has a rippled effect when looking through it.  Its sort of difficult to explain- I likely won't be getting preframed prints from there again.

... for those that follow I have posted quite a few 1010 pieces on the instagram Thread over the time ... I must admit I don't really get the funny fiddly bits at the bottom of the image going back into the cave (rock/stalactites prob) ... would have been a lot cleaner (& nicer) if he had continued the different levels on around the piece ...

I kept being distracted by those bits slightly too! Keep seeing little trees ha ha

On the other hand, my previous 3 experiences with 1xrun:

- print quality is alright based on the 2 archival pigment prints and 1 screenprint I ever bought from them; the bezt one can certainly be printed much sharper.

- their packaging is top-notch and professional, even when the prints don't cost much

- customer service is very good. Had some problems with the screenprint but they told me to keep the defective ones that arrived twice. I ended up with 3 of the same prints!

love his work but this doesnt work as a print for me. On the street the skill and concept is amazing but as a giclee this does nothing for me. Oh Vienna.

Agree with Stoko , his work is only powerful on walls. Prints don't match with his style.

...don't necessarily agree, look at carl cashmans work that pops off the page/canvas ... just think the trees/rocks/stalactites just kills the whole continuity of the look and image

I too wish this was a screen print.
His last screenprint was rediculously priced in my opinion.
Anyone who paints holes in things is right up my alley. But I'm going to pass I think.
As far as 1xrun goes... No issues there. Just a long wait between ordering and shipping.

1 run are good to deal with. I had a torn print replaced with out any problems.
As has been said previously just a long wait from order to delivery.
As for the image I like it!

Im on that page to ! The giclee prints don't work for me and have been disappointing needs to bring these to life with some handfinished screens.

Mmm...yeah interesting although I think it's the organic nature of the other pieces that I find interesting. The geometric shapes seem a little primary? Good spot though!
