The mushroom dude is off to Berlin to make an epic 7 metre tall mushroom. He is crowd funding it and sending out various goodies for the donations. 

A few things are not quite right on the web page, so those that don't like bad english etc may wish to breath in first! 

Also the £10 donation states you will get a sketch. YOU WONT! Its a mistake, you will receive a mini print of some form. Probably 10 x 10 cm. They are still rather cool, but figured i should point out they aren't sketches!

Because it's what he does as in expect people to give him money to make stuff or to pay other peole to make the stuff for him?

My arts coming along fine and i don't ask people to give me money to make it.

I just see lots of people who can afford to use their own money constantly asking the public to give them money to make stuff that they could easily make themselves.

Fuck me if you drive down through France towards parc Astérix there are huge mushrooms by the side of the road.

 Whats so great about a plastic mushroom.

 I thought Gormleys sculptures were bland.

Thanks for the input ploppi. Maybe reread what i posted, the art comment had nothing to do with you for one thing. Hadn't even noticed you making any.  (or are you also sweetcorn? Thats the only reason i can see you jumping in like that and i can see clear similarities. )

And secondly, hes not asking people to just give money, you get his work back.

If I was a plagiarist I would be Banksy or Koons or Hirst or Fairey and Morons would buy it.

  If I have a copy Faile who did faile copy from?

  No spots on a Rothko but there again you show your ignorance about art.

 For one thing Rothko never made art with a spray gun which this picture is and lots of artists make art with bold or big sections of colour.

  But I can see where someone who only knows a few big art names might not know that.

 My  Balloon is based on Dali's melting skull and Banksy's balloon which I don't mind because Banksy just copied girl with balloon anyway. There again banksy copies lots of better artists like Warhol with Marylin and Warhols soup cans.

  Parodies maybe, artistic statements maybe but you need to hit some muséums and study proper art before accusing me of plagiarism.

Lots of giant mushroom sculpture on Google so if I was Nagel you would say the mushroom sculpture is plagiarism.

But i'm not Nagel and not capable of making a giant mushroom sculpture out of a length of plastic drainpipe and an umbrella.
