Antony Micallef - bomber girl

My concern is the value.  Has it settled with his works. 

I love the bomber girl but couldn't afford to buy something that's worth a tin of beans next week lol
I would also have to sell my penny cloud one (Ed 15) which was the larger one (dollar sheets)

It wouldn't want to spend what some have been offered at for the reason above. 

Whats my chances of this print for the £1000 - £1200 range?

It's a stunning print.
I doubt anyone can predict what will happen to prices in the future.
If you like it, can afford it, buy and enjoy it.

I agree somewhat on if you want it mate.

I have to save for prints etc or trade. I would risk upto £1,200 max but I'm not sure what a fair current value is on this print. 

Ive seen them for sale at higher prices but not selling for those prices so I have hope

Love Micallef myself and lost a lot of money but lost no love for his works at all.Nice to still have some on the want list now prices are different.

This is strong piece and in the little I know I reckon you would be very lucky to get one for £1.2k

If you can get one, then you will have a smashing piece of art. That's what I think.

There is currently a disconnect between what a seller wants and what a buyer is willing to pay. To get one you will need to be willing to bridge that.

I looked at a few of these earlier in the year, cheapest i found was £2000. Beautiful print but struggled to justify the cost to myself when you can pick up original head studies for the same price. Big love for micallef here, good luck with your hunt but think you need to find a bit more cash to tempt a seller.

agreed - £1.2k is still too cheap for this (even though the price on them has plummeted in the past few years)

Strange Place to be with Micallef.

I think his bits will carry on falling, but thats just because i have loads of his.

Would love some of his old coloured stuff, traded a My walk for a coloured trolleys a few years back, still prefer the My walk, wicked print

should have released parasite as a print... still it's (IMO) an experience visiting one of his shows.
