I just think he's a bit too figurative or 'safe' for a lot of people to get excited about him which is a shame as he's a stalwart of the northern street scene and a good bloke.

I am very fond of his work, and you are right, he is a lovely bloke. Spends an age doing his work, and the results are often excellent. Lucky enough to have a couple of (sexy) pieces by him on my walls.
