On it they ask, name, adress, Ig, there is just written the name, and there is a Transfer order to be returned for confirmation of participation ( its a Bank Iban Bic form D'or et de Sang )... Does my friend has already to pay first the 5000 via a Bank transfer or he just fill the form and send it back to them ?
I know that they don't take paypal maybe He has to pay first and then he will enter in competition ( or he won already ? )

No one should attempt buying without the COA after 2 years.  This is a fake. If you take a closer look, e.g. at the numbers on the lower left side of the print, you can clearly see that the fake one is lacking details.

Application to raffle is for people attending until mid Jan. book size is approx a5 but thick Some great pieces on show. Got loads of photos but too much of a pain to post up here and there was plenty of grammers there so wonโt be long before they are all over there The book does look quite small doesn't it?

The mag is called 'art - das Kunstmagazin' and this is an edition from the year 2007. It has a story on American artist Richard Prince with lots of pictures.
The magazine comes with a very cool print. This print, that was only available to subscribers and is therefore quite limited, measures roughly 20x26 cm, is printed on thick paper and depicts a picture from Richard Prince's Upstate series that he made between 1995 and 1999. The picture shows a 1973 Plymouth Barracuda at Prince's upstate New York's house.

The print has a nice size and is handnumbered and handsigned. So 60 euro (or 20 euro in your case) is a bargain if you ask me.
