Not a self portrait. It would be cheeky to self-proclaim himself a ''winner'' making tons of cash as a street artist. I'm sure Dolk as other messages he'd like to get around and showing off his success is not one of them.
I also doubt it's a shot at Banksy, unless they have an history I'm not aware of, no reason why it would be specifically aimed at him.

I can't help thinking that the e-mail from HMP may well have been a set up to put people off the scent until lunchtime UK?...either HMP told a porky or the boardie doctored it? Oh well, next stop Banksy eh... 
The one on ebay is ironically a seller in Norway!!
