Yes that image reminded me of that oi cover too. Nicky Crane is the guy on the cover - who was a neo nazi. He got sent down for attacking a black family, years later he ended up doing obscure gay porn and then died.
Very confused chap indeed.

So yes killerkella, I think that's a very good title for that piece.

Working on background today, its come out well.
Background almost done.

Great work Rourke.

Not quite sure about the message it is portraying or might be construed as portraying. Quality stencil work and I can't wait to see it along with the rest of the set. I think when seen as a set the understanding will become clear (something to represent the music genre you refer to).

Can see that it might be considered of portraying a bad side of Skin or Mod culture. but these images were taken before that element entered. I want to show all aspects of that culture as I remember it and hope the entire collection will show this, as you say. The skin culture came from the mod 1, and was more working class, that was my first attraction of doing the series.

Was that Nicky Crane , you sure? He was my dustman in Welling, used to stomp around scaring people in the late 70s, he did GAY PORN and died, fu£$k a duck !!!!! A lot of tits looked up to him at the time of skinheads (younger than him I might add)
