That frame looks amazing. Better than the art inside!

For comparison a very bad frame on one of my Zevs prints. Got the print through auction and paid an arm and a leg cause it got personal in the end. Reminder to self: never visit auction sites after 3 drinks.

Matter of fact, it was so expensive that I didn't even think of replacing the frame- Just hung it in my basement away of sunlight.

At the end of the 90s, two masked artists haunt Parisian nights. INVADER and ZEVS acted together under the code name @nonymous and left a trace of their wanderings in the urban landscape. In 1999, they release under the table a VHS that reveals their actions. This DVD includes the full movie with bonus and a 56 pages booklet.

I know these are still a lot of money, but don’t you think Zevs work is still undervalued? I just think his style is so iconic, that he would be commanding a stronger following.

this is an oldie that i’ve been looking for for some time now. the screenprint is from an edition of 20 and was part of the Liquidated London portfolio that was released in 2012. many folks have broken up the set to sell off the 14 prints individually. that’s the McDonald’s version i desire. do you have one, know of one, and can point me in the direction of getting one? i have inquiries out to galleries that claim to have it, but a personal hook-up would be most absolutely appreciated and rewarded, especially if you’re willing to sell one yourself.

It’s probably one of his most recognizable, most mainstream and most rare prints, beyond his Liquidated Chanel and the various Liquidated Louis Vuittons, all of which were editions of 50, with McDonald’s being an edition of 20. I’m ecstatic I was able to get print #1.

I’m thinking of getting it framed floating in a sharp, clean, red metal frame, playing off the McDonald’s colors of red and yellow. I’ll post a pic when it’s done if you’re interested...
