I have been really ill this past 18 months (completely caught off guard having been as fit as a butchers dog) I have been as low as I could ever have been (seriously bad times) but I have found that when I have been able to my painting has helped me so much.
Never be afraid to talk about it, cry, scream and shout whatever you have to do.
I wish you god luck with the future
