"Silly Me" just seemed like such an understated, irrelevant little comment/apology on top of all the stabbing, murder and general misery in the background headlines. The vacuous fashion image sitting on top of all the serious headlines just seems like a really good description of Britain's reporting....

Like the first one, not too keen on the second, just checked out your myspace, some good stuff on there.

Really like the 3 paste ups on the white wall, very BAST mixed with SUPINE, although I think a little more edgy and disturbing.

The first one is interesting but I fuckin love the second one. I am a sucker for a pair of tits (g/f has asked, 'Please Paul, no more tits, guns or skulls...' but I love the juxtapostion (I know - I used the J word so should be killed...) of the page 3 tits and the tabloid headlines of death, doom and despondency. (Bill Hicks, anyone? 'War! Death! Famine!' Saw him at Leeds Poly in 1991...I am that old - and cool....)

Eenyway - digging it. Most of my stuff gets hung. This would go in my 'special room'....

Nice work mate. Checked in on these a while ago, but couldn't see the second one - some sort of image block. Can see why now, cos my computer is letting me see it now. Maybe it has some sort of watershed! Love the second one - dogs bollix! Great piece mate. Brown and Bush - really made me laugh. But the headlines are thought provoking, even more so set against the page 3 image. Great stuff imo!
Look forward to seeing more.

Both works have gone to new homes now.
