Show everyone your latest Art Purchase?, by lesroy on Dec 4, 2006 19:52:20 GMT 1, Love your collection CR... I still cant beleive that the M16 Lolly hasn't sold out.. its mint!!
Anychance you could make your pics bigger... I'd love to have them "clickable" so I could see them in better detail!
Really like the "Girl with nosebleed" you have made yourself... how have you done it.. just a printer? I assume its the same for the Trolley? Great idea mate.. I have to admit I have the Nosebleed girl as my wallpaper on my PC, amazing image
Also, as I have just bought a WSM I'm delighted to see one framed so quickly

i got a printer to make the crude oil one - cost me £20 on heavy duty matt paper. the nose bleed and the trollys were done on my black and white laser printer.
thinking of buying some decent paper to use on my parents colour laser at xmas and get some of his other ones.

Show everyone your latest Art Purchase?, by alvington89 on Dec 5, 2006 12:16:22 GMT 1, It was in the rack. It's a great print hat's been for sale for ages, if you want want best get down to SG quick sharp, otherwise you can probably pay top dollar for one from Art Republic (They had it there too 3 weeks ago when I was in there).

You need to place the web address, then highlight it, then click the photo icon tag (4th from left) repeat for every pic. Hope that helps.

The third pic there is spectacular. Who's the artist?

Show everyone your latest Art Purchase?, by HowAboutNo on Dec 10, 2006 21:46:22 GMT 1, Maybe a little inspiration here RK? (for float mounting and displaying edges of the print at least)
My pride and joy collected from the framers yesterday. And a bargain at only £99, double mounted (actually TRIPLE mounted as its on a creamy mount behind the print, which matched the colour of the paper on the print) so the print is sitting within the first (grey) mount, then with a 1.5" black mount around it, all in a box frame so that it add's a "3D" quality to the print. I cant stop looking at it!
Two Eine's and a J Hewlett to come back, but sadly not till the New Year.

It was from:
Pictorem Gallery 383 Hoe Street Walthamstow London E17 9AP
T: 020 8520 0340
Really top place, spend as long as you want talking about chopping and changing ideas/mounts/frames - then does a superb job too. Was surprised at how cheap it was considering the size of the fecker!!
other prints, 2 Eine's @ 500mm x 700 costing £70 each and one Jamie Hewlett @ 345mm x 697 costing £64.
Bargins!!

Show everyone your latest Art Purchase?, by Curley on Dec 11, 2006 13:14:37 GMT 1, That does look amazing i must say its a great price. Is the mounting board acid free ? i usually find its that that bumps up the price.
Anyway i finally got Applause on to the wall (needed two so it did not get dropped) and i also rehung some of the others (only problem is where do i put the ones i have bought at the ghetto really need that bigger house.)
Enjoy... ;D

Thanks and Sorry no, North London boy. It was framed by London frame Emporium on Pancras way.

Show everyone your latest Art Purchase?, by paul1066 on Dec 11, 2006 17:20:39 GMT 1, As soon as I walked into my framers, The Arterie, North Cross Road I was asked whether the tube was from POW, as they have had quite a number of Banksy's and others in over the last couple of weeks, a couple of Grannies and an Applause which someone had picked up on Saturday morning!! If you are in SE London looking for a good framers, i would certainly have no hesitation recommending them, they are not the quickest, but they do great work!!
