Show us YOUR - Latest ART BUY, by lesroy on Aug 30, 2006 8:43:05 GMT 1, Hi,
I have three Banksy prints and am loving them... I have them all Framed and sitting proudly on my wall (admitidly in the "office" as the missus hates them).
I am fed up of seeing rolled up Prints on Ebay so I'd love this thread to be a home for all your Banksy pics that are framed and hanging in their pride of place on the wall!
images6.theimagehosting.com/Gangsta Rat 001.th.jpg[/IMG]
My Flyin Copper is now at the framers getting done.. I cannot wait! I also have a Gangsta Rat on sale on eBay as Im not its favourite print ... ill probably be silly to sell it but i'd prefer a CND or a Virgin mary to be honest.
Ill post back with the Flyin Copper in 4 days when he is frmaed!
Now lets see yours!

It has eyes on either side for a cord which needs doing by a professional becasue if it fell it would undoubtedly kill some one. Its a very heavy frame, hence why its still on the floor.

If those eyes mean that you'd be able to see the cord when it was hung, that would be dissapointing. Is there no way of mounting it direct?

I started a thread about framing my Gangsta Rat when I bought it a few months ago, wasn't expecting it to be worth double in under a month. Got it framed at a local place, in exeter, conservation standard for £45, normal glass not U.V. though.

All your Banksys look great. You've clearly put a lot of thought into displaying them. Nice work!

I'm framing a few pieces this week! Has anyone framed prints from the LA show yet? I want some ideas/inspiration.

Just wondered, I've bought "Love is in the air" for 250 english quid, I'm thinking a pretty good deal, have any others recently sold and at what price? That's an unbelievable deal! Normally that should sell for about a £1,000 Are you sure it's real and not a fake?
