Went to a great show last night - opening night of ExhibitX at the Printspace, Kingsland Road, London E2.

Lots of really cool stuff, but most excitingly some Slinkachu's

Three unique test prints .....

EDIT: For those of you who start reading through this thread I just discovered the 100 run of 10"x8" never existed, it was simply a default setting on a test site I used to pay for the test proofs I bought... sorry for my mistake, and for messing the guys at ExhibitX around as a result... and for the chaos that ensued!

I guess they are in the middle of fixing their website. If you get the scrolling image slideshow it means the main site is down. When the main site is up you will see a familiar online shop style.....
The site went live last night at the show, but I guess they are having teething troubles with it?
... and they are also available at the venue I think.....

They arent available in the edition of 100. I just spoke to the guy whos running the show. He said Slinkachu was against the larger print run because of a similar project happening. So only the more expensive APs are available (and family day out is the only one left).

I got excited and thought maybe I had a chance to finally get a Slinkachu print. Maybe I'll get one soon.

Ok, there's no print run. They do have one left at £2k. A print run in the future isn't ruled out but definitely nothings been decided or confirmed as yet.

apologies for my confusion - the site (before it went down) did refer to a run of 100 10" x 8" versions. my mistake. maybe this is why the site is not up at the mo'

.... there is the Family Day Out of course still available. They look the business in the flesh. Beautifully framed...... If I hadn't already blown my budget (and some!) I would have gone for that one too. Sure it won't be there for long

The 10x8" was a default setting on the webpage which was never meant to be sent out - it was a development site which I used to pay for my test proofs....... There never were any.....

PS for those trying to access the site try www.exhibitx.co.uk/shop - this seems to link back to the site (got it from my web history and it seems to work). Not sure you can click to buy on it yet - but it gives details, as well as all the other images from the show by others....

I just bought Pocket Money and Ground Zero on the website! It seems to work fine and allows you to add them to your cart. and go through the purchase. Good luck everyone better jump on it before they're gone.

Err, if Slink was against the larger run.... it will be refunds.

jella, do us a favour will you, buy all the remaining prints (say 95ish), and then have some fun selling them / not selling them, trading them etc. After your epic hunt for a Close Shave', it would be fun to see the opposite, with you having all the control. I would not even begrudge you the enormous profit you could make.
