It's a possibility. The paper certainly looks thinner than the card I have on my COA. Then again instead of addressing the questions or issue I'm sure the OP will probably just call someone out for a good old fashioned punch up (Queensbury Rules)

Perhaps you could just post a photo of the original but cover the digits on the tenner and of the print number before taking it? Surely that could be a solution?

You had only one post at the time and were happy to take a massively reduced price because you didn't have the COA. My instincts told me something wasn't right and after this Flower Thrower debacle I think was definitely right to walk away.
