Harsh... Insa is a legend and this piece takes street art onto a new level. It looks niiiiiiiice in my opinion.

Why is it taking it to a new level? In what way? Unfortunately if you didn't know it was by Insa you would probably think it was an advert for cheap shoes, no?
Or am I missing something, some hidden message?

Its fresh and different from most of the paste ups you see thats all. Its spraypaint on paper and pasted up and you dont see many "street artists" going though all that effort for a street piece. Just an opinion.

Im very impressed by the work gone into it and to be honest a lot of street work could be advertising and some of it is.

most street artists do original work on the street, even the paste ups are always hand do in most cases, whats new.

Sorry but technical spray paint doesnt interest me their has to be something else, take Herakurt for instance

This is almost cetainly an original spraypaint piece, photgraphed and then printed onto a vinyl sticker that's been skalpel cut out. I've done similar stickers but on a smaller scale.

Judging by the standard plywood boards it's on it's around 3.5ft in length

Replete... This is (was) paint SPRAY PAINTED onto paper, then pasted on the street. I saw it today, almost all of it has been ripped off, but the bits that are left on you can see each speck of paint and feel the texture of many layers of spraypaint.

All I was trying to say was that alot of work went into this piece and it only lasted a few days. Shame.

UAC... I understand that alot of artists put alot of work into street pieces, but most paste ups are screen prints done in multiples or photocopies... This just seems to be a new level of hard work done into a piece.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I have an original INSA canvas up for auction on ebay.

It's from a show a few years back at best one gallery. I'm selling as due to purchasing such things I have incurred a bit of debt so this is one of a few things to go.

I have a large 1.5m x 1.5m canvas by insa of Jay Z in a mosaic style signed by both Jay Z and Insa.

Does anyone know how much this piece may be worth or the best place to sell it as im simly not a Jay Z fan anymore?
