I think you had to register in order to buy the print....

How did you get hold of your one...was it the download and then got it properly printed?

I still have the large format file of the image, i think the khaki version, could be wromg though , i will look and if anyone wants it , fiver, ;D

It was downloaded and then I had it printed full size (60 cm x 60 cm) on decent paper, I then sent it off to be signed and numbered (46 of 50). Still don't understand the 8 left to registered people as surely anyone on the mailing list would have known about it, or could it be designed just to generate a bit of forum banter prior to a genuine release?

I actually really like this--the original is wayyyy too price for me through the aftermarket...even though I love the image. And I have been told by my friends to stop qouting The Simpsons for too many years now. So, this is definitely something that would be added to my collection.

A photo lab in Berkeley, CA did the printing, onto nice 310 gsm paper no less. Cost me about $70 if I remember correctly. Plus the donation to the animal organization in the UK (which was 50 quid).

so from what i gathered when i looked into this a while back, Jboy created this image with the intention of releasing it to coincide with the CYW hype but the "suits" got involved and put a stop to this so they made them available for download in various colourways due to the popularity and said the first 50 people to send them a printed copy would have theirs returned signed.

Sounds like owing to the popularityof this image and annoying individuals like myself constantly emailing about this image they decided to release it properly.

I managed to get an email link to purchase this and have paid but wonder if an apologetic oversold email will head my way. Hope not as I think this is really a fun image!

Afraid I don't remember the name, it is a shelter for dogs. "Something" Farms maybe? Check with jBoy, I know they would remember.

Just went spelunking through my old emails, the organization is called Poplar Farm Rescue Kennels, a no-kill dog shelter. Not sure where they are located.
