Very nice... looking good mate, was interesting to see how it built up too!

From a personal point of view, although this is more circusy, i probably prefer the colour scheme of the one in your avatar.

Again though, loving the dirty old circus sign look you've managed to get for the background!

Oh, and agree with dellboyy on the colour scheme thing, the blue looks really lovely, and makes the clown stand out more.....orange lovely too tho!

Stifnek and Dellboy I know what you're saying, the blue version is slightly darker and more moody with this orange version showing the backdrop of lights switched on giving it a brighter neon feel! Well that was the plan

You've really captured a sense of dark atmosphere yet still finding room for bright bold colours. The blue version of tipping point is prob my fave of the bunch.

All looking really good, as doc said, i like the fact they've all got a dark feel through them.

Fav is again prob the blue tipping point, playing with fire and high flyer are looking particularly good too though!

Also, just to add, love some of the shading, like on the big top in high flyer!

Thanks fellas, really appreciate the positive feedback ... and if I'm being honest I think the blue Tipping Point piece is my favourite too... apart from maybe the two unique one's being sent to two charity auctions this week shhh

Also, I nearly forgot, the gallery does have a small edition of the show poster I designed, signed, dated and numbered. And because it's the blue TP piece I thought some of you may be interested. Me and the APHQ elves were doing a little spring clean the other day and found some old images. I did these at the end of 2007, but because some of the iconography had already been used very well I consigned them to the 'already done' shelf.

Seeing them again I thought it'd interesting to get them out for any comments, feedback, cries of plagiarism or not MORE war images!!!!

I'm afraid there's a bit of b******t below but feel free to ignore it

The premise was...
Armies across the world are having to adapt and change, with goody bags and corporate sponsorship entering the world of death and mayhem! Whether it's a designer snipers blanket, sponsored missiles or exclusive camouflage the modern army has it all.

Comfort Blanket

The problem with joining the army is that there is a lot of discomfort, pain, agony and death. To try and bolster recruitment there is a new trend when applicants are accepted, on top of their normal equipment they get a few luxuries...


Pradar Guided Missile

With military hardware costing so much and countries cutting back on budgets many armies are now courting corporate sponsorship. Several quality brands have already seen the gap in the market and signed up...


Wealth Bomber (I know, I know... this Louise Vuitton thing has been done to death :

Also - having loved the Circus pieces - top work mate - I would love to know what is happening with the houses of parliament piece and the no room at the inn piece. I thought they were both great, and still have my card framed on the wall. But I am keen to know what next for these two pieces.

Very thought provoking, lovely images and spot on politically. Work like this highlights the fact that despite hard times, we are a privileged generation in that we are witnessing the end of an Empire, the death of capitalism and the spawning of a new revolution a new consciousness, superb work dude.
