World famous guerrilla street artists The London Police (Amsterdam), Flying Fortress (Germany), PEZ (Spain) and Eine (the good ole UK) will be descending upon Ad Hoc Art in Brooklyn, New York for an exhibition of all new, original artwork which will surely rock the very foundations of this fair borough! Also, don't forget to join us at Alphabeta in Greenpoint at 10pm that same evening, following the opening reception at Ad Hoc, for an afterparty of EXTREME proportions! An AD HOC ART exclusive
The London Police, Flying Fortress & Pez all new print
It is an edition limited to only 19. Each one is hand spraypainted by the boys, so each one is unique. Also, It is a two color, hand-printed silkscreen. 20 inches wide by 26 inches tall. Also, they will be signed (and numbered) by all 3 artists. $300 usd each. One per customer (sorry, there is only 19, so the boys wanted everyone to get a shot). If you want one call me at 718-366-2466. First come first serve. Thanks.

The gallery looked top notch last night and there were some great pieces on show. TLP had some awesome new canvases with some sick layering and detail that you just couldn't take your eyes off, as well as a crazy photo diary installation.
If you're in NY tonight, get along to the opening reception NO EXCUSES!

I think there may have been one or two left but equally they may have gone last night.

It's rare to see such a diverse, creative and so unbelievably friendly crowd and I hate to say it but it puts some of the UK scene to shame. I'm going to take flak for saying it, but there it is.
AIKO is well worth a view, I can't post pics til after the opening tonight, but they've done such a fantastic job with their gallery, the canvases will silence some of the Faile/Aiko dissenters and don't forget Soul Sonic PA around 8pm! It's going to rock.
Anyone wanting more info on the print, it's actually on a really tactile thick card, too thick to roll, and having gone through them there is a lot of difference to each of the sprayed backgrounds...they are very much editioned originals, which makes the price even more of a steal!
I'll be sad to come home tomorrow.
