friend of mine had this where he bought a "Liberty" from them for much less than my POW one - I did some digging a few months ago now and it appeared to me to be someone publishing the image but not the offical release

I would say that this is a newer print, rather than the original POW one.

I have had mine for 10 plus years and love it - if it helps I was offered circa £800 for mine 4 years ago after the Mirror newspaper ran it on the cover.......I wouldn't sell mine personally so not sure how helpful me turning down £800 is

The one via the link is the Existencil Press litho version, it is not the POW limited version.
