also this works ..? I used the 'insert video' button and pasted the address, and it also seems to work if you just put the address in the normal text area.
Anyway ..
Remember watching them play this on a lorry (I thought it was a stage, but I've been told different by those I was with) in Trafalgar Square on some huge CND rally

Great band. I think Wardance and Eighties are my two favourite songs by them. Both on a 10 inch mini lp I bought at the time. Think itโs called Ha or something like that. Fabulous lp.

What Music are you listening to at the moment ?, by Foolsgold on Apr 12, 2022 6:43:15 GMT 1, I went to the last night of the 6music festival in Cardiff last weekend with the main objective to see Wet Leg and if they lived up to the hype. They didn't disappoint, but I was blown away by Self Esteem what a set!
Johnny Marr was the icing on the cake finishing up with one of the best live versions of "How soon is now" I've ever heard.
I tried to put up some photos, but failed miserably. I'll try again once I regain the will to live ๐

I worked with him 1993 Infotainment Scan, thought we had a chance this the single, but he got into a punch up just before the tour and fired a bunch of the band. Tour somehow still happened but took a lot of the wind out of the sails. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

Big fan of Self Esteem as well, been enjoying the album, one I'd like to see at some point, she's good to follow on instagram.

Big fan of Self Esteem as well, been enjoying the album, one I'd like to see at some point, she's good to follow on instagram. |

Self Esteem are awesome. I might have been carried away due to the fact that I haven't been to a live gig for a couple of years. This might have increased my enjoyment somewhat - but I've watched the performance on the Iplayer a couple of times now and it doesn't get anywhere near the experience of being there....my ears were ringing for days.
Johnny Marr though.....๐๐ป
