Hi all,

Does anyone have a Banksy Monkey Parliament poster they can sell me? Love the image but cant find one to buy. Being a civil servant it epitomizes my daily struggle!

One finished on ebay last night, went for just over £100, which is a step up from cost / what I've seen them go for before

I've been looking for over a month and can safely say that there are very few around that are in good condition.

I was watching that auction this weekend, and it shot up from 6 quid to over 100 quid in a couple of hours; not sure whether it was legit but I've now given up hope of finding one close to cost...

only 100 of these were printed off and sold - so i guess thats pretty limited

Really! not heard that one before They were selling them at the Bristol museum, and it was being visited by thousands of people each day, and I got mine from there about a week after the opening

I have one of these which I do think will make the wall now might be open to some sort of trade but don't ask me for what as would have no idea just something I can appeciate more

I would have thought that there were many more than 100. They weren't available when the show first opened but fairly shortly afterwards. I went to the show on the last day and they were still being sold. They were also available on ebay for a time. Cost at the museum was £15 for a few days and then £10 in line with the ebay ones. Most were tubed but the ones towards the end came in cellophane.

I agree - surely more than 100 of these out there. Mine actually arrived completely mint. Only ordered the Parliament one though.

Yeah i can't believe this is that rare! Keep asking, i'm sure someone will come up with one eventually! Problem is there will probably be a lot that were sold to people who just visited the show and don't come on forums like this!

I don't think they are that rare, definitely more than 100 otherwise I have 2% of the edition (which are staying put)

More than 100 were sold; I've been made aware of at least 30 or so in the past few weeks - the problem is that no-one wants to sell or part with it just yet.

If anyone does want to part with it, I've got a few pieces that I would swap for it that are quite tasty

Well I figure if i keep asking, sooner or later someone will need the space or spend their money on another print rather than framing......What's the point having something if it's not gonna make the wall?

yeah sure they do - whatever floats your boats

not as many as some like to think or hope were sold, alot were damaged from the off. Its not to say that POW will not resell them again though

a lot prob were damaged however thats not the point,the point is how many were produced in the 1st place....and yes POW wont resell again just like the banksy soup cans poster,a lot of them were prob stuck to peoples walls with what ever... the point you made was that only 100 were made and sold which imo is hard to belive
