why screen print this. surely it would be just as easy to hand spray them? especially as they are signed. no need to sign if they were hand sprayed tags. i'd buy if it was sprayed, but f**k£75 for a screen print of a tag.

Wow, a new low point for the genre (imo only of course). Yes I'm quite sure there is an argument for the validity of this image, but it isn't much of an image really is it?

I believe they also had some new originals going up by various artists, such as Bon. I can't remember who else had new pieces going up, but others were mentioned in the news letter.

More effort for who, one tag, a picture is transferred to a single screen, and then some bloke pulls 100 copies (+ap's and pp's).

I think it is taking the p1ss, and for that reason I like it, though not enough to want to buy one. I'm sure they will be collectible in the future, just for Tox's notoriety value.

Definitely a marmite print. Pile of poop in my unjustified useless opinion though. Sure he gets up and around but so does the dirty slut around the corner, and I am not paying her for the privilege either.

Of course it took more effort. It would have taken him seconds to spray them on. But SOS decided to do a print and did several runs to get it just right. I really don't see the big deal. Ok the guy may not be the most artistic tagger but he's certainly one of the most prolific.

A screenprint "signed and stamped, handpulled" of a sprayed tag - it is a joke but without any wit. £75 X 75 = £5625 minus 'production costs' (approximately £60 in total) minus gallery cut (lets say 30% or £1680). Now thats funny ..... except I think the joke is on the buyers. Looking forward to seeing the prequels and colourways, one-offs on concrete etc...once this lot sells out. Don't be part of it.
