The more posts you make, the more stars you get

25 - 1 star,
50 - 2
125 - 3
250- 4
500 - 5

etc etc etc

True but if you squint at those 4 stars, they sorta look like take that, live, when your sat at the back of the stadium.... so its all worthwhile. ( think gold lame and bulging midrifts....)

It is very much a book of the show, but without a doubt a classic for it.

Picked a signed copy up today, so that is one less you alls. Aso bought a Micallef book at the same time which is very good.

Just a few thousand more and I can have a proper library.

Massive Lucy fan here. Never been able to work out why she's not bigger, especially on here. With forums for the likes of D-Face, Dan Baldwin, Invader and Sickboy, howcome there isn't more demand for Lucy? I've not heard/read a bad word regarding her work.

Please no-one take offense, I'm not putting any one of the above artists down in any way. But imho, Lucy's work is easier on the eye and I find it much more compelling in that it holds my attention a lot longer than any of the above.

A good question - Why isn't she bigger???

I agree, she seemed to loose all momentum between santas ghetto 06 and her solo show at Lazinc. She def needed a couple of group shows inbetween imo. But I like her stuff. I'm not mad on the prints that are out there though but some of her originals are pretty fantastic.

You honestly wouldn't believe how much the royal mail have put up shipping to the us. A tube that used to cost around £11 signed for is now double that...

I find it interesting that street artists or urban artists or whatever you call them are branching into what were formally galleries which shown lowbrow/pop-surrealist artists only - while very few ( I can only think of Ron English) lowbrow artists are crossing over into the galleries which feature predominately street artists.

Anyone think that it may be a good time to pick up some Lucy McLauchlan stuff? It seems like prices of her stuff is coming down on eBay. Is Hate print and Forest print especially.
