Help required with Vhils print, by kel on Jan 16, 2009 19:04:12 GMT 1, Could do with some advice on a recent Vhils – Ephemeral Decay that I have just received form POW. I have never previously had any problems with the purchases from POW but the image seems to have a lot of splashes on it. (Sorry can’t take pictures yet). Has anybody else on here bought one where the image seems to have wet marks on it. I am not sure if this is part of the picture process but something just does not seem right. Thanks in advance.

Help required with Vhils print, by buffin on Jan 16, 2009 19:18:09 GMT 1, Difficult to say without seeing a picture but probably ok and part of the hand finished touches. Have a look at the Vhils prints on the POW website, which show various splashes and marks on them.

Help required with Vhils print, by kel on Jan 17, 2009 0:26:02 GMT 1, Freerange thanks for the input and yes your right due to its imperfection it may have its own identity.
Buffin also thank you. As you would expect the pictures on pow always look crisp but I will have another look and see if these are a part of the hand finish. The fact I only received this today was due to pow realising it was not signed. Again nothing against pow I have always received great service from them.
I think I need to get a picture up for you guys to help.

Help required with Vhils print, by howies on Jan 17, 2009 1:03:05 GMT 1, Don't worry mine has similar splashes and is a lot darker (especially around the eyes) then the image on POW . It seems to me they were painted then screened with a lot of paint then a lot of bleach so it is giving it all most a heavy still wet look, I will post pics later.
