The records are not authorised by Banksy, the prints are !

1: The record is a bootleg made without Banksy's permission. The print was made with Banksy's permission, and is additionally painted by Banksy himself.

2: They pressed about 3000 records. There are only 75 genuine prints. 

3: It's a cheap CMYK litho printed sleeve, compared to a hand-crafted screenprint.

4: The music is unlistenable crap.

5: The record is a bootleg made without Banksy's permission. If you look on ebay there are about 218,000 other bootleg items made without Banksy's permission. Most of which cost less than a fiver.


I actually own 4 of these records, so if I had any sense i'd be talking it up. But they don't actually have any value IMO.

Kind of goes back to the first part, which I guess I don't really understand. So Banksy never authorized the band to use the image as cover art for their record?

I actually own 4 of these records, so if I had any sense i'd be talking it up. But they don't actually have any value IMO. 

EDIT: alright now I get it; was just confused because didn't know you were talking about the Radar Rat print. Naturally those are worth a ton more; they're signed too, right?

I guess I didn't know that Banksy didn't authorize the use of the image - I thought he had, for runs of 500 in different colors.

Have you meticulously searched the internet? I can easily see you finding these for cost after putting in an hour or so.

Just had a look on eBay, there are a ton but prices on these are insane !

These used to be 5£ a pop, I scratched 2 of mine a year ago and had to buy them for 25£ each, and now the cheapest is 60£ !

WTF, these aren't even linked to Banksy, nobmore than the GWB canvases for 9.99 "in any size you want !"

Discogs used to be a good place to find these, but I am afraid to look up the prices now.

When you do find yours, the cheap IKEA RIBBA box frames are perfect for them. And at least those frames are still cheap !

Sales on eBay seem to say around 60 was the price pointfr what I can see in the last months..

Exactly, that's a cheap and cool way to decorate your flat

And yeah I remember that 2 years ago you can buy as much as you want for nothing on amazin but now they become pretty rare!

From recent sales on ebay, the Dirty Funker albums goes for £100-130 and the The Rammellzee album for around a 100£ so a fair trade for one of Dolks less popular prints.
