Absolutley loved the original....but sometimes it's best to leave things alone. Especially when it involves Shane Ritchie. ("Oh my good gawd")
Looking forward to Ray Winstone re-working The Sweeney though.

It just don't get any better than that.....FACT

My mates just finished the remake of 'The Prisoner'. Don't have the heart to tell him that I didn't even like the original.
I agree leave these time pieces alone and invest in new talent.

I remember seeing the print and saying to my bf that it looked like a rip off Banksy's Nola piece... I think it was a girl holding an umbrella and it was raining cats and dogs! Just tried to look on Google for a pic but couldn't find one... however, this plot blurb would indicate that the print was a fake...
The Art of the Matter Archie visits the home of an elderly couple to buy several items of furniture, but discovers a painting he believes to be the work of elusive graffiti artist Banksy. He decides to purchase the item cheaply, intending to sell it for a big profit at auction. However, his plans to make a fortune are thwarted when it becomes apparent the mural is a fake - and he is prime suspect for the forgery. Maureen Lipman guest stars
