What d'you mean by cheap Bazz? There's loads of track/fixie frames on eBay.
The cheapest brand new frames and fork I found was from BLB

If you're stateside I believe the Iro Mark V

comes out of the same factory in Taiwan as the BLB...

BLB sell the frame and fork only (I think they do custom builds as well), but, like you say, build it yourself - thats what I did, so much better than buying an 'off the peg' bike.
The problem with racer frames is they have vertical dropouts (for them pesky gears!), you need horizontal dropouts for fixed/single speed...

FIXED GEAR BIKES - Anyone got one?, by brun on Aug 20, 2009 17:52:04 GMT 1, aha i just found that problem i have just built up a bike..... but the frame has horizontal drops .....they face the wrong direction so its hard to get chain tension and the wheel keeps being pulled to one side when i force the cranks  i think i need some better solution !
still was fun to build up check out "radmatose" on ebay he sells cool frames from germany NOS frames , i got a 80s ciocc for £200
ps BLB is a rip off , try "tour de ville" in lambs lane e8 , wicked shop ! vintage frames from £75 tourdeville.co.uk
