This is the kinda frame job I will be opting for (very quickly done in microsoft paint using a picture of a frame found on flickr!)
3 mounts (grey, black and outer white mount) and a simple ornate frame sprayed white + uv glass.

Interestingly, word got back to Nick that it was someone on Banksy's instructions that then got the street piece of Ratatouille painted over!
