Not as much as I thought, in a chunky white box frame £295.

Wow, a great price, thought it would be a lot more. Be sure to post pics when up on the wall. I bet this is gonna look stunning!

COA. A tiny version of the Hendrix print that is signed by both Dave and Bobby (the printer).

The quality of the Hendrix print is superb. I love the way how it turns out. I am still shopping for a frame, though.
Here is what a COA looks like:

I'm glad he kept the edition low....Too many artists pump out a shit ton of prints, 27 is a perfect number

David Choe • Jimi Hendrix , by gamma888 on Nov 23, 2009 3:55:18 GMT 1, Just want to let you know that I'm letting this "Jimi" print go due to my wife's preference on "Death Blossom" print. This will be going to Ebay in auction style only - no BIN starting this Nov. 24th. This is an unique one because it's signed as 27/27 so you know this is perfect number for Jimi's age. It has been framed yet stored in a closet for a few months before I had my professional framer take it out and packed it into a package tube. The frame will be chopped smaller to fit the "Death Blossom" print.
Anyway, the "Jimi" is a great print and it's pretty difficult to let it go though I hope that this will be framed in a collector's home.

this is a cracking print! good luck with the sale!
However I like this one better than the Death Blossom...
start it off at .99 cents and you should generate some good interest! number 27 is the one to have if your into numbers! again good luck with the sale, you don't see these come up for sale often!
sorry for the raillery!

David Choe • Jimi Hendrix , by gamma888 on Nov 23, 2009 6:25:28 GMT 1, Certainly, here is it framed that I took a few months ago before I put in the closet. The frame is wrapped in plastic wrappings. The frame is made of natural maple and is about 1 inch off the print edge. Also, the print is "floated." It cost me about $450 for the custom framing.

You are potentially going to more than double up……so to then say that on top of that you want to charge $150 is a bit out of order. Just sounds greedy! My opinion of course.

this isn't my auction, I'm keeping mine! But the shipping is quite High!

David Choe • Jimi Hendrix , by mookie on Nov 25, 2009 19:09:41 GMT 1, Bobby, the printer of these, offered postage on my ap either $75 USPS insurance up to $650 (7-14 days) or UPS express for $150 insured for the full ap print amount (2 day delivery).
If the seller is using UPS express and this print goes for over $1500 (which I expect it will do) then it is totally acceptable as this was the actual postage cost... if selling on ebay no way would I send something out not insured to the full amount as the seller is liable for claims.
On the original run from source the postage was cheaper because the print was under $650.
Good luck with the sale! mine is at the framers now but won't be able to collect till next year... they look fantastic and probably my best purchase all year.

David Choe • Jimi Hendrix , by timba82 on Nov 25, 2009 20:39:49 GMT 1, ok point taken on the original cost of shipping there mookie.... but my point is he must have had this for all of about 2 or 3 months. To then sell it is his obviously his parogative. But he wont be selling it at cost will he? He will be more than doubling up - your suggesting $1500ish. Dont you think that postage should be covered in that cost? i sure do. that my friend seems fair.
