Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by romanywg on Mar 9, 2007 0:09:23 GMT 1, forgot to say Romanywg , did you buy any think? Unfortunately not. I arrived at 6.35 and almost all were sold already! I did really like the Judith Supine work and reasonable for original works at £1600. Had never heard of her before, so someone I will find out more about. Those carebears were dire! IMO!

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by sausageboonwee on Mar 9, 2007 1:11:30 GMT 1, Went to the Faile show and Eleven and I must say the Eleven show (quality-wise) was poor by comparison. The work at the Faile show was not only beautiful and well executed but affordable. I picked up some of the most beautiful prints at £150 each. I don't think you could buy anything near that price at the Eleven show. The cocktails were good though. Please bear in mind that this is only my alchohol fueled opinion.

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by frankiethe3rd on Mar 9, 2007 1:21:31 GMT 1, Leonard street boys kick arse.... not only wicked art, they have fun and know how to throw a party..... everybody there had a fixed grin on there face. Plenty of stuff for sale at reasonable prices sausage, you were probably too hammered to look for it .... although I think the whole entire show of all eleven artists was a sell out.... Elbow toe Rules! ... did you get one of his prints???

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by tomjedimaster on Mar 9, 2007 1:28:52 GMT 1, Any idea how much the Shepard Fairey prints on news print / fabric were? I saw some in a gallery in Vancouver, Canada (original home for me) during Christmas for $3000 each in monopoly money, which translates to about £1200.

It was a good night all round and good to get to see both shows. I really cannot recommend the Faile show enough. I knew it would be special but it blew me away.

£1600 apiece. All sold of course, which was good otherwise I'd have been wondering where I could find that sort of money. Simply jaw dropping!

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by romanywg on Mar 9, 2007 10:07:01 GMT 1, Yeah they were really something. Had to get up real close to appreciate the detail of the fabric. I think they were from an edition of 20 with only 2 of each available for the show.

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by slowmo on Mar 9, 2007 10:23:37 GMT 1, Be warned, all prices were +VAT. so the Hate was £881.26, the sheps were £1880 etc. Did anyone notice all the slinkachu people in the show. They were hilarious, they had a tiny man in the toilet sniffing a life size line of coke!
I thought the show was on the expensive side, but it didn't stop anyone. Agree that the Supine stuff was awesome and didn't think a lot of care bears, but I'm sure they'll float someone's boat.
Signs of definite mark up, they had a man who walks through walls for sale for £450! Good show though, enjoyed it

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by ABC on Mar 9, 2007 12:01:00 GMT 1, Shit Ive got a bad headache after that show, What a show it was too, Seems I was one of the last in there and spent the last few hours with Matt small, Elbow toe and Judith talking. As for those little people they were nicked early on. As for the best pieces, for me were the Mathew smalls, outstanding. The elbow Toe stuff was really cool too. Went to down load photos and nothing has been stored, too much booze.

Eleven @ The Leonard Street Gallery PHOTOS, by HowAboutNo on Mar 9, 2007 14:05:51 GMT 1, Think this must have had something to do with Eleven. Went up overnight, looks like lots of mixed styles.
Up in place of the Cauty billboards under Old Street Bridge. Amazing quality. The only bit thats actually a paste up is the pigs in uniform bit, rest of it looks to have been done BY HAND! Get down there now if you wanna set it cos they will just stick posters over it come next week!
