People can make mistakes, and I would be amazed if they wouldn't sort this out reasonably. I would suggest mailing them outlining the problem, and the dissappointment in the way this has been handled.

If a legal beagle does answer this, it would be interesting to know whether they are required to sell the piece as originally stated if customers refuse the extra £20 payment.

Some people have theirs however mine is missing in action ... i have mailed TLSG 3 days ago asking if it had been shipped ..still no reply .. 3 days to return a simple question is poor service ! i also called to purchase a faile canvas . I was told to e mail my request , i did and no one has come back to me ..this was 5 weeks ago .. guys faile canvas are not cheap ! Really poor service at the mo .... think ill spend my money with Laz !

They told me i was not entitled to one if they were offering a replacement! I had a long arguement on the phone asking why and they came out with loads of lame excuses. I told them to put it in writing why so i could use it against them to get my money back because i knew they were lyeing. They eventually agreed to a refund and the whole time they have consistently not replied to emails or not returned my calls. Im going to ask again soon about when i will be refunded and if i dont get an answer im taking it to my credit card company. I will not be dealing with them in a hurry.
