Always going to get haters with any sort of art work. I love it that he mixes up the style of street pieces from intricate large stencils like Reading prison and Great Yarmouth bus stop to smaller detail like the Cromer crabs and these silhouettes which seem simplistic but there’s always more than meets the eye. The location/placement is always key and last two days has demonstrated that.

Also, it was probably fairly tricky to fix these huge stencils over the very pronounced undulations of the window frames - a little bleeding on the edges is to be expected; especially with everything taking place possibly in the middle of the night or twilight at best.
..and to end up showing straight lines from afar is like reproducing the Nazca Lines on the ground and then having a look at the handiwork from the air - quite a feat!
Elephants are beautiful creatures and mate for life - so, for me the bond between these two is there for all to see.
Finally, we mustn't forget that Elephants never forget! 😎

Either he’s the bloke on the left, or more likely not there at all. He apparently employed Borf to do some of the stencils in New York, so could be hiding his tracks in the same way here too.

I don’t want to seem pedantic ( the 2024 JO word ;-) , but most of us all know that our first and last icon « Rob » became with the time a brand, with validation of artworks or not, and using the best artists of these days ! Fast and furious, slim and (not) serious !
