It has being good to see Invader fans online complaining to Juliens Auctions, I have myself over Facebook, Instagram but they don’t seem to comment back.

Yah this was disappointing. I think it is a shame as well as Juliens stopped comments on their instagram post, then had a Facebook post that was bombarded with comments and I don't see that anymore. Now they have paid this account to promote and they are hiding comments. 

I mean how much has to be said for you to realise that selling these types of works like this is going to get the same type of backlash.

It has repeatedly shown itself to be a disreputable business.

I've always wondered what kind of people are buying that shit. Are they just ignorant morons with too much money to spend, or are they knowingly buying these pieces because they feel like they're somehow genuine (enough), but relatively affordable pieces compared to the real deal?

Hi Telmooh,

It was £195 including special delivery.

The spec from Greg is:

On the front:
Museum Acrylic - UV Block:99%
Anti- Reflective

On the reverse: Acrylic.

Inside: Black conservation board, black spacers, 4 bevelled wooden, black paper wrapped moulding. Cut outs for reverse.

Black charcoal deep moulding.

Quite the opposite. Most of us got at least one set at cost.  If you have such contempt for the people who visit this forum please sell to a different community.

I would say just use common sense.
Get several condition pictures. Proof the seller actually has it in hand. Check sellers past posts and threads for successful sales and do due diligence with the buyers if concerned. 
Pay via a means where both parties are protected. Agree on shipping costs and any import costs before going ahead. When sent ensure it is fully insured and tracked (personal preference).

The main thing is that both parties walk away happy. I have bought and sold a fair few things with forum members. I always find excuses to try and meet for a face to face…just to put faces to the names and talk about art! Before you know it you are meeting up at art shows and have made some new mates.

Possible we will get a tiles restock too? I wouldn't rule it out. September would be enough time to get another run manufactured, and not pre-announcing it doesn't give scalpers the heads up... anyway just a theory.

Who knows, maybe they too will go to Sicily. The most beautiful province to visit? Ragusa, Agrigento and Trapani. Also some parts of Catania and Messina. In 2 months you could visit the whole island and colonize the "Scala dei Turchi"! Would be great! 😎
