The print is a fun idea, but it's not signed by anyone related to cryptopunks. It's not rare, since the edition size is so high, and the print method is just a machine printout.
Avant arte does a fantastic job of making anything look rare and precious with their wooden crate and white gloves, but it's just for them to avoid the hassle of shipping issues like they encountered in their first few print releases.
Just compare the price to their early releases. $490 for an edition of 70. Then they figured out that more and more buyers were coming in without any prior knowledge of what was considered to be rare and could get away with these timed releases which are a huge racket.
Just think of it like this. If everyone with the same print wanted to sell it right now at the same time, how much do you think you could sell it for?
