For unsigned J&J: the "haves" (Christie's, Bonham's, Phillips) have been hammering at £22-26K, which with fees gets up ~£30K for buyer. The "have nots" (Forum, TateWard) have been hammering at £15-17K.
Forum has one for auction in 2 weeks. That will be your best data point.
You, as an individual seller...well, you can figure which end of the spectrum you are likely to fall on...

Possibly not as aesthetically pleasing as some of the named above which could have an impact but I think it’s still an image that a lot of people instantly recognise as a Banksy.
That all being said it’s very much a buyers market and no sign of a let up yet so can see the majority of these hammering for less than £20k.
