Right now Sotheby's and Bonhams are selling some Tox stuff. Is the Tox23 screen print already at Bonhams? It hasn't even reached the person who bought it yet and one is already up for auction at Bonhams? Stay away from those who try to opaquely increase their work.
It wouldn't be necessary to do this, but someone decided to scale the market.
The interest of art collectors should come to you because of what you do and not because you try to rig the market.

I have already decided that it is better not to buy anything. If you want advice, stay away too.

Do you have a link for the tox at Sotheby's? I can find the Bonham's one but not the Sotheby's.

1UP are the most famous graffiti artists but doesn't have the same success (in terms of market ) of 10F.

1UP are monsters  the beasts of vandals and graffitis ! A crew as an army !
10foot made the hype this year since Beyond the street in UK , and with his come back on Instagram … and now it will be Tox ! 
My friends :-), you could steal 10foot panels or sign roads last year it would be more easier and simple ! 
i got my large TOX  canvas since years now and price was very alright ( less than 180 £ )
i reckon anyway than the two last prints of 10foot and Tox one are great !!!

The one at Bonhams is the latest one, that sig bottom right has been added but still no where near as good as the original one (below) Also the origional didn’t have a blind stamp and was slightly larger than this one at Bonhams IIRC

The one at Bonhams was posted on their website a couple of days before it was even 'supposedly' released, apparently aquired directly by the owner from the artist!

Yep, that's bad enough, but when you've got a notorious graff tagger posting their Christies results it does make you wonder the real intentions they got into tagging in the first instance

These guys have spent over 10 years walking train tracks , climbing rooftops, clinging on the side of bridges over motorways, done time in prison, go out and walk for hours in the freezing cold and pissing down rain, you honestly think all them years ago there were thinking , oh one day will be in auction houses with Andy Warhol and Basquiat, there were just doing it when graff was only liked by same minded folk, if they wanna make a few quid after all years of dedication i cant blame them. When they start designing McDonalds food packaging then ill call them sell outs.

No issues at all with them making a load of money, but you shouldn't mug your fans off whilst doing it. I'm yet to hear from a single person that was successful in that last drop, then one magically appears in an auction at Bonhams...
The timescale from delivery of the print to having it listed for sale in that auction doesn't sit right imo

There were only a hundred of these (far less than the 500 or 600 editions of many of Banksys POW editions). Perhaps not all went online (most artists keep at least no.1 in an edition) but I now know someone who got one (arrived in the mail today). Purchased via the website at bang on 5pm is what I’m told. So all of you daring to call this a scam or market manipulation (£300 on release not £3000!) are sounding just a little like the tin hat brigade. Better luck next time!

I wish I had the print myself. I really do. Tried and failed but it’s not the first and won’t be the last time. Tox/10foot/dds definitely ones to watch and see what they do next. Real graff roots/legacy. The hype is real.
