Hi all,

We recently had our first addition to the family and I’m strongly considering relocating to the Philippines within the next 12mths so my wife can be closer to her family. We’ve got some bits we are thinking about selling, so coming to the boards for some pricing advice and maybe a few sales. I’ve already checked auctions and the bay for recent sold for, but they are not consistent with private sale prices hence the ask.
