I must admit, for an artist of Banksy's prominence, I'm surprised by the number of projects/pieces that have been announced and never materialized.
Things like Glitter Gorilla are no big deal.
But Gross Domestic Product was a bit of a clusterf$%k. Some of those products never even saw the light of day.
And BBay is a pretty big idea to "announce" and then go silent for 2+ years.
At this point, you'd think his "organization" would have enough resources and discipline to at least get their ducks in a row before going public.
Don't get me wrong...I'm still a HUGE fan. Just surprised.
Any thoughts?

I was under the impression that west country prints were the only place able to sell a replica of the print with people speculating that he or she is an old friend of the street artist, or even the artist himself. Is that true or is it BS?
