Thats a good starting estimate for the auction. I would suspect with a piece like this you could have done better consigning it privately as I don't see if jumping over the last one that sold (hammer). Retail they have been selling around 425-475k Gbp but this will be a good indicator to see where market sets. Its just the auction house will extract their pound of flesh ...

There have been 4 Banksquait sales to date all at Tate Ward. Of which 3 were black and 1 grey. Price range all done from £107k - 127k.

There are some interesting lots on offer aside from some good Banksy's!!

 If it doesn't hit estimates I think it will still stay with them for possibility of private sale or go to New York in July for another auction.
