my English is not good so I try to ask in German and English.
German: Ich habe auf einer Auktionsplattform (limitierte) Lithografien gefunden, die eine gedruckte Unterschrift haben. Die Nummer ist jedoch in Bleistift handgeschrieben. Hergestellt wurden diese Lithografien in Spanien vom "Studio Art'K". Handelt es sich um einen von Banksy authorisierten Nachdruck oder wurden ohne Erlaubnis des Kรผnstlers die Lithographien - also Nachdrucke ohne Wert - erstellt? Bei der interessanten Lithografie handelt es sich um die "Angel Wings". Die sehen aber so gar nicht nach Graffitti/StreetArt aus. Handelt es sich hierbei um ein von Banksy erstelltes Werk im Original? Vielen Dank!

This is all fake. Signed Banksy pieces sell for thousands of euros. If you want to buy more affordable official Banksy pieces then you should be aiming for the original posters (soup cans) / walled off hotel pieces (box set) etc

I saw any scultpures with WALLED OFF bill but the bills look different. Sometimes even without any date and time. Is there a gallery where I can get informations, what seems to be official/legal/no fake? Is there a sign where I can recognize that it is not a fake?

As others have said those are not authorised so fakes. Limited edition Banksy prints are numbered, sometimes signed and should be accompanied by a Pest Control Certificate of Authentication. They are expensive for most pockets.
Authorised Banksy posters have been produced on occasions and were cheap when originally sold. There are a lot of fakes out there so take time to do a bit of research. There are other items from album covers, stickers, post cards to sculptures that you might want to look at. Again be careful.
The Walled off Hotel in Bethlehem is well worth a visit when travel opens up. As well as being a fantastic experience it is educational and you might be able to purchase items from source.
