They did contact me about this requesting info ahead of issuing an invoice. That was ten days ago and no invoice or further correspondence. They’re a bit shambolic and the mind boggles as to why they were allowing people to buy three copies. Really poor stuff all round.

i asked them for the books and they said they had over 1000 mails dealt with addresses and custom postage so it can take quite a long time

Except they released the book on 12th November so had ample time in my opinion to process requests and issue invoices. They undoubtedly made it unnecessarily more difficult for themselves by allowing people to request 1-3 copies.
