Monday, I went to an exhibition for an auction "Urban & Pop Contemporary" at Artcurial in Paris.

The most expensive work estimated at 600,000 € is the last of the video, it is from INVADER. This is the second time I've seen it in a sale, but it still hasn't found a buyer.

Colors of the video are sometimes weird because I misconfigured my gopro.

Does anyone have any recommendations of galleries to check out, any exhibitions or street art to add to the must see list? All tips much appreciated! Really looking forward to pointing out Invaders to my wife who couldn't give a shit

Jason Boyd Kinsella has a solo show at Galerie Perrotin too so I'll try to swing by there also.

Monday I went to an exhibition before an auction of 88 works at Artcurial in Paris, 45 were sold. I missed my little video, as I discussed at the same time with two friends, I forgot to film an interesting part of the works.



Invader's works continue to increase, works that were between 8000 and 12000€ are now reaching 16000€; results

Go to « Le Tunnel des Tuileries » which has just started a fantastic 1km long streetart project !!!
You can even cruise by bike in it.

Hi Telmooh,
You currently have Basquiat x Warhol exhibition at Fondation Louis Vuitton, lots of iconic pieces there + other artists like Futura, Kenny Scharf..
In terms of gallery, make sure to visit Perrotin, Almine Rech, David Zwirner, Rabouan Moussion, Ghost Galerie.
Museums : Palais Tokyo has by far the best curation. If possible try to visit their exhibition called Lasco Project in the underground of the museum (Cleon Peterson, Dran, Lek Sowat, Tomek, Azyle, Futura and many others..)
Try obviously le Louvre, also Musee Picasso, Centre George Pompidou.

Hope that you are doing well!

Big Paris museums (Louvre, Orsay, Pompidou...) are really worth their reputation so I would definitely advise to pass by them (Huge Napolitan exhibition opening at Louvre the weekend you are there). 

Should you be looking for more emerging art, you can check out FRAC Le Plateau in Belleville, small galleries like Sultana or Lily Roberts, and artist residency spaces like Le Consulat Voltaire or Poush Manifesto (a bit outside of Paris but worth the trip). 

Outside of art, the best things to do in Paris according to me are Les Puces de Saint-Ouen (huge flea market opened on weekends and Mondays), if the weather allows it walk by the Canal Saint Martin or in les Buttes Chaumont, the Musée des Catacombes is worth seeing although quite small, or Musée de La Chasse et de La Nature, a weird little museum in Marais.

I haven't been here for several months, going very little to exhibitions. Here is a video of an exhibition in Paris that just ended last weekend. It was in a building that is destined to be demolished or redone; it was made available for street art. There were some interesting works. I hope to be able to return to exhibitions...

Just spend an afternoon wandering around Le Marais taking in all the Invader pieces in their natural setting...it's fun to find them, and plenty of places for beverages and food along the way...

Add Fuel has work up at Gallery Itinerrance until the end of this week and then Dface exhibition starts there at the end of the month.

I liked visiting Perrotin when I went recently, they have a group show on at the moment, with a handful of  interesting people.
